Publisher intake
This page is only for publisher applications. Advertising is handled separately. One publisher application becomes one linked Network Website after Admin approval; they are two stages of the same onboarding flow, not two unrelated signups.
Guided workflow: Blue = do this now Green = complete/currently valid Yellow = waiting on someone else Grey = queued / not needed / not available yetOnly one blue action is active per page.Approve is the current action for a pending application. Website review becomes blue only after approval.
Stage 1 · Publisher application
Admin approves the publisher identity and creates/links its website record.
Stage 2 · Website review
Admin checks the actual site and approves the Publisher website. Matching remains paused. The publisher confirms niche/market/language/capacity and explicitly opens matching from the private dashboard.
