Manual Verification Queue

The pre-check helps you. You make the final decision.
Guided workflow: Blue = do this now Green = complete/currently valid Yellow = waiting on someone else Grey = queued / not needed / not available yetOnly one blue action is active per page.First run the blue pre-check. Manual decision buttons stay unavailable until evidence exists; then choose Verify, Needs changes, or Reject.

What should I look at?

1. Placement / OpportunityIs this the correct assignment on the correct publisher website?Example: “Emergency Roof Repair NJ” was assigned to RoofingPublisher.com.
2. Expected brand mentionFind the expected company name visibly and naturally in the article.Example: expected = “Perfect Roofing Team”. You should actually see that name in the article body.
3. Expected backlinkClick the backlink. It must lead to the expected source website/page, not another domain or a broken URL.Example: expected source domain = perfectroofingteam.com.
4. Expected titleCompare the live article title/H1 with the Publisher Edition title. Small editorial edits are okay; a different topic is not.Example: “24-Hour Emergency Roof Repair in NJ” should not become “10 Home Improvement Ideas”.
5. Publisher EditionOpen the exact publication package and compare structure, key sections, brand and backlink with what went live. This prevents a publisher from submitting an unrelated/reused article.
6. SEO / indexabilityThe article should be public, readable and present as real HTML. No password wall, no noindex, and no JS-only final delivery.Use “Run pre-check” for evidence, but still inspect the live page yourself.
