⚠ This agreement establishes that YOU, the operator, are solely responsible
for how you use the voicebot feature — not ContentScale.
1. Your Responsibility as Operator
You understand and agree that ContentScale is a
software tool provider only.
All calls are made using
your own Vapi API key and phone number.
ContentScale never originates, controls, or stores your calls.
You are the "caller of record" under all applicable telecommunications laws.
2. Legal Calling Requirements You Must Follow
By using this tool you confirm you will comply with all applicable laws including:

USA: TCPA — calls only 8am–9pm local time, DNC list compliance, AI disclosure required (FCC 2024 ruling). Penalty: up to $1,500 per illegal call.

EU: GDPR + EU AI Act Article 50 — AI must be disclosed at start of call. Fines up to €20 million or 4% of global revenue.
•
UK: PECR — legitimate interest required, TPS list respected, AI disclosed.
•
All regions: B2B only. Never call consumers. Always honor immediate opt-out requests.
3. AI Disclosure is Mandatory Everywhere
You must not remove or bypass the AI disclosure from the voicebot opening script.
Calling without disclosing AI identity is illegal in the US, EU, and UK.
ContentScale has built disclosure into the default script —
do not remove it.
4. ContentScale's Liability is Zero
ContentScale provides software tools only. ContentScale has no access to your calls,
your Vapi account, or your leads. Any fines, lawsuits, or regulatory actions resulting
from your use of this tool are
entirely your responsibility.
By activating the voicebot you indemnify ContentScale against all claims arising from your use.
5. You Are Not Calling on Behalf of ContentScale
You call as yourself or your own business. ContentScale is not your employer,
partner, or co-caller. Do not represent ContentScale when making calls
unless you have a specific written reseller agreement.
6. Compliance Mode Recommendation
We strongly recommend keeping
Compliance Mode ON at all times.
With Compliance Mode ON: calls outside 8am–8pm are hard-blocked (not just warned),
AI disclosure cannot be removed from the script, and every call is logged with timestamp.
This creates an audit trail that protects you if you are ever investigated.
